Does this mean that the Ingram Collection will be selling the Magnus car they bought :)

As Jason said we had all done stupid things (and this did appear to be very much in that camp) in cars. I try not to stand too near the road at Hedingham when people start reving the engines of the cars on parade. It's doesn't take much for a very bad accident!

Well now that's a bit silly.

As has been said above, we've all driven like dicks on occasion - if you get away with it then no harm no foul; but if you don't then you're still a dick. It's the risk you take when being an adult and driving like a dick. Hopefully as you get older your dickish driving involves a level of awareness of how far you can go - he was lucky it just damaged his car and my guess is he's well aware of how lucky he's been.

Who on earth in their right mind drives on slicks on the "highway". Is that as illegal in the US as it is here?

I thought he'd just made a daft driving mistake, looked at the journo's legs rather than looking ahead, but to be out there on slicks is pretty stoopid.

Wasn't going to mention the slicks but I would imagine insurance comps are the same the world over...
So being on Slicks on a public road means no cover

Also it follows if as I suspect the insurance would duck this one this leaves the dreadlocked one well and truly personally open for a in suit of the law variety does it not?
& The dibble probably want a word...
& from the Mercedes which was put over and rubbed up the curb
& the driver of the lexus looking thing he may of broken a toenail stamping on the brake
& the Reporter ( in mitigation, at least he's a gentleman he bounced the car off "his" side

and not to forget as its the USA probably intends to sue himself for being an Arse

It's all ok...

To quote MW on Facebook 10 mins ago.

"Many thanks to all for your support after my Memorable Minneapolis Monday - I'm happy to say Vanetta , myself the trailer and car 277 and ok and doing well - cheeRS"

I'd have more respect if it mentioned 'sorry I was being a dick' or words to the effect.

No problem though as the sycophants are on their knees posting away in reply.. some congratulating on 'good driving' and 'keeping it all together' otherwise it could have been worse

I was recently spied driving like a twonk on slicks as I went for a gap that didn't exist in the Reynard. In the paddock afterwards I started with my racing driver excuses and then gave up and stuck to "I drove like a twonk". The guy I drove into was very gentlemanly about it all!

Looks like an ill-conceived attempt to re-create the Italian Job stunt. Don't know how to insert the funky gif but if you've seen the film as many times as I have you can probably gif it from memory...
maverick
noun
1. an unorthodox or independent-minded person.
2. an unbranded calf or yearling.

The photographers on the grass verge didn't seem too concerned either, in fact they look to be having a slight chuckle to themselves.
