A place in the sun...

Post by leewiffen »

If anyone is considering a road trip meandering down through the French countryside ending up on the beautiful Cote D'Azur, my apartment in Nice has some spare capacity over the coming weeks

Parking is available at 24 euros per day in a secure underground car park a few hundred metres from the apartment

pm me for a special DDK price

Availability is up to date on the calendar

I can not vouch for the flat, but can certainly vouch for the exact location.
For a number of years I frequently stayed at the Hotel Suisse, which is just around the corner from this place.
It is in the old quarter, nice market area first thing in the morning, loads of restaurants, and a really nice area. Beach is nearby - but its covered in stones at this end of the town. Marina is just around the corner, and Monaco a one euro bus ride away.

Traffic around Nice is manic, not the best place to take your own car - we got rear ended sat at a set of red traffic lights by an un insured numpty - who promptly tried to run off after the accident.
