Saw a nice light Ivory 911 UK reg ABW??G driving through Interlaken on Saturday morning at about 10am.

Yep, I know it well.

It's a friend's 1969 911S, ABW 81G.....originally supplied to the US and imported into the UK in the early 1980's.

I'll see if I can dig out some pictures and post them up later.

There you go....door skins could do with replacing but all in all a very nice motor currently running a heavily fettled very quick E engine. The owner also has the matching numbers engine.

Thanks for that - yes that's the fella nice to see UK car and sounded great. We were in a diesel Passat estate since there we're 4 of us with loads of kit - maybe next year when my 70S is finished....
