She's the second of the first batch of three 'S' imported in 1966 - chassis no. 305481 S, manufactured in July, registered in September 1966. Believed to be the earliest surviving RHD 'S'.
Ordered with no options and the colour is Aga Blue. The (just went over from 39,000 today!) 40,000 is believed genuine and she's completely original except the Carbs should be IDS's and she's running IDA's. Oh, and I fitted new carpets - but they were from a roll of original material from 1967

About 1992 she had a repaint and a new NSF wing - and the webasto roof was filled in (you can see the spot weld marks where the paint's sinking!).
I plan on keeping her just the way she is for a few years - and doing what she was made for - driving hard
