engine and gearbox mounts?

Post by samcro »

ok so i finally grew a pair and fitted some superpro engine mounts to my 71 911T and also a rsr style engine support last sunday which to be fair was easier than i thought, first 911 and all that,my question is can you get the super pro polyurethane mounts that fit to the gearbox?or are they the same as the rear or front engine mounts? i seen a picture on KS thread of his gearbox and it had the purple mounts on it but i can't seem to find much info on those ones, any help would be cool, thanks Andy.

You should have been supplied with 4 identical bush sets, to do the engine and the gearbox mounts, all in one kit.

Powerflex supplied both my engine and gearbox bushes... If you read the web catalogue it says how many you need, in this case, two packs (one for engine bar, the other for the gearbox).
