Vettel's first Ferrari F1 drive, interesting hearing him talking on the radio.

Fascinating detail of recall when he's talking about his experience in each corner from just one lap, and it clearly means a lot to him too.

Like the nice touch from the engineer asking him to wave at the guys watching around the track.

Will be interesting to see if this is the 'making' of him (although I accept being a multiple WC is already much of a 'making of'!)

Thanks for posting, Mike - appealed to the F1 geek in me. :)
Best

Matt

Thanks Mike, enjoyed seeing that; a nice little insight... and well organised PR!

Nothing short of spectacular. Great film too.

Not quite so special but staying on theme..

Perhaps worthy of its own thread. Incredible to think they've all been hidden for so long..

Yes, amazing sight, perhaps best left where they rest, too fragile to disturb?

I happened across a similar but 2 story 'barn' in the early 80's while in France fill of the 'ususal' Bugatti and other cars unknown to me, about 8 cars while walking down a very small lane in northern France well hidden away from the madding crowd.
Very romantic and a little sad too, but at least not in the crusher!

Reminded me of another Ferrari story from that era, 19 years old with a 250 GTO as your daily...

Jota team journey to Le Mans.

Light on technical but some nice footage and a great story.

Hugo,

Great film and story ! Sadly the video quality is not up to much - shame on ITV.

Will be interesting to compare his time against ski so's around the circuit. I know it's early days for vettel

Incredible to hear him give feedback like that corner by corner but I suppose that's part and parcel of a world champ

I read that last night and became even more dazed and confused for so long it's not true (infected by Microsoft V8.1 lurgey)

Tonight it makes more sense.
