Anyone got a 1700/1800 or a 2ltr 914 engine doing nothing. Don't need to be a runner. Need a case more than anything but will consider a long block etc.
Pm me with details what you have??

Re: porsche 914 engine
hi I have these, 2 type 4 1800 engines AN porsche code engines
85bhp
Reasonably complete, 1 has carbs fuel pump dizzy heat exchangers fan housing alternator
The second has no carbs or fuel pump, tinware is missing though there are a few bits
Heat exchangers are there , dizzy alternator, fanhousing clutch flywheel are all there
More complete one turns over freely, second seems stuck on the rings maybe, solid but not rock solid so I would say crank is free,
£1k the pair, already on a pallet near Portsmouth
cheers

Re: porsche 914 engine
Hi,
I have a 1700 short block (with crank inside) that turns (no pistons or heads) or have, crank, crank and rods 1700 or complete 1700 with injection gear still on it (it was a runner but has been sanding a few years) the exhaust + h exchangers are poor. Also have various piston / barrels, ECU etc
