I've got a carpet set for the cabin and a carpet set for the front bonnet. Along with that there are rear quarter panels and a rear shelf. All trimmed in black leather.
On that pallet below are door cappings, door bins & lids, rear seats & backs and various other trims.
It's all ready for re-installation.

Yes, I've gone for black. The Midnight Blue shade has never been re-manufactured (and I didn't relish commissioning a minimum order of 500 metres) so I've chosen to replicate the correct type of carpet but in black. It's an excellent match for weight, finish, texture and pile. It's not stretchy like the later carpets so - apparently - it's a bugger to fit.... :(
And there's a lot of pieces to glue in :) (that typed sheet is an inventory of the various sections)....

Paul, I just want to crash in here, as I owe you a huge vote of thanks for your inspirational build. I know that I am just at the very start of my Porsche journey (taken me a long time to get here, but I have in the end made it!) and I know that my car is not everyones cup of tea, but I just wanted to say that even in my small way, I am declaring my 82 targa a small homage to your amazing car. I for one have always loved Impact Bumper cars, the first Porsche I ever drove in was a yellow SC and I had photos of it on my wall as a 17 year old in Sydney and yours is the coolest ever. So, after looking at yours and even getting some help from you in terms of the grille and the uber cool Carrera decal, my car is now on its way to becoming a little slice of the '74 Carrera fan club.

I thought some of you might like to see how the Pink Pussycat is looking (sorry for crashing) and to say thanks !

Thanks for the interest Joe, I’ve been away on holiday for a couple of weeks so not much to report yet but I’m thinking of making the restoration into a TV show.

I’ll set an arbitrary deadline for Early911. Nick has said he’ll swear a lot, slam some doors, throw a few tools around the workshop, unreasonably rant at his staff and insist they work through the night to get the car ready on time.
If we film it, do you think there’s a chance it will get good ratings? :)

one thing i've learnt about society of today is swearing a lot = good ratings.

Do it! :)

Maybe try a radio show - Nick's got a face for radio.
