don't panic already thought of that cos that's why we are going to fruit , fruit is part of another hotel very old. and it has a receiption right opp the court yard and kids will be fine there under control oviously ( chained down  ) and you can take it in turns to come to the bar area.. I didn't do events for nothing ...you need to think of all events..

Fruit Hotel is Privately owned By Bob , Bob is a top guy and it's a very art'y hotel each room has a 1 off painting and the best room has a bed for 10 people and a swing and a DVD player and screen  like I say it's a fab art'y place you will like it..check out the water feature in the garden..

Image Image see look Tom is already in the Bar....

UPDATE

Fruit ( Bar ) For drinks
La Lupa's for dinner

Saturday Night.

6.30 pm Drinks in the bar at the hotel while ladies do their hair ( and Mdr ) and stuff. More time for Mdr ( it's that photo please tellus you have short hair now)...

7:15 pm Taxis to Southampton ( if enough interest which looks like there is I can arange 2 Mini buses )

7:30 pm Drinks in Fruit (it's a cool Bar) so if any one has to drive their is a good car park there for any one to park up.

9 pm Walk over the road to La Lupa's Italian Restarant Child freindly.

10:45 Taxis back to the Hotel.

The table is booked for 20 people so we have 18 ( 16 + Me and JO ) so far so only 2 places to fill. If Jay B is coming to the meal let me know cos then we have O spaces left.

If we have a sudden rush and loads more people want to come I can see what I can arrange but it might be a different eatery :|

Ok Taxis Price is £80 for 5 cars 4people in each at Rought cost £4 each return journey.

For transport we have the following..

So if I have this right we have

One speed + 3 = 4
Hellen + 1 = 2 = 6
Boosty +2 = 3 = 9
Early911+1 = 2 = 11 in total so far.. at this rate we are going to need a spread sheet
Mdr +1 =2 =13
Ian Donkin =1 =14
Drummerboytom +1 = 2 = 16 intotal now cool.....

JayB ??? let us know. Even faster now...!!!!!

Well don't let me down guys it's shaping in to a great night out good food and good venues. Pulling a few favours to get us in places. Southampton may not be what you think it is. London prices and resturants Fill FAST......

It's going to be a good night out.

Oh forgot to mention er er.... there is now a rather posh Gentlemans club opened up nr where we are going for any one who wants their glasses steamed up fro the evening er but it might end up costing you a fair few £££££ or Porsche parts

Don't forget any one traveling down and not stopping at the Hotel can come over or stop by for breakfast special rate of £3.95 all you can eat and drink!!! Then we convoy on to the event........

I'm still alittle confused re the tickets after reading Gavin's 912 Register Email.

We can pay on the gate and still park in the 'infield' Porsche parking?

Thats how I read it... :)

Will they demand to see V5's at the gate, or will they take our word for it... :bom:
Dreaming of driving a pre-A 356, actually commuting in a Cayman and for the weekend, a 911 'thing', with a Carrera 3 engine ( we think).
