Some steering wheels & a horn pad ...

Post by Lightweight_911 »

.

3) 'Butterfly' horn pad in excellent condition to suit Factory 380mm/400mm steering wheels.

£75 + P&P - SOLD !!!

---------------

1) 380mm leather rim steering wheel – part number 914.347.805.10 dated Mar ’70.

This wheel is identical in every way (apart from being stamped 805.10 rather than 806.10) to the wheels fitted originally to ’73 2.7 RS models.

The (original) leather covering has a number of marks (& a 'gouge') but has a lovely feel & would probably be greatly improved with the application of some leather care.

No loose or missing stitching.

This is a direct fit on any ’65-’73 911 (or 912) without modifications.

£250 + P&P - SOLD !!!

This wheel is identical in every way (apart from being stamped 805.10 rather than 806.10) to the wheels fitted originally to ’73 2.7 RS models.

Although it still retains its original leather cover, most of the stitching is missing & the cover is damaged so it will need recovering.

This is a direct fit on any ’65-’73 911 (or 912) without modifications.

£175 + P&P - SOLD !!!

4) Original early '70's Momo 'Italie' leather steering wheel - in very good condition for a 40 year old wheel.

350mm diameter.

It has the inevitable marks (& 2 small splits in the leather - see photo) to be expected of a used wheel of this vintage but overall wheels like this just feel so much nicer to the touch than a new/modern wheel.

A cheaper alternative to a period Prototipo.

£150 + P&P - SOLD !!!

Andy, hope you don't mind me adding that I have a number of 380mm wheels with varying part numbers and a number of butterfly horn pads if anyone is still looking. Best wishes, Robert
