gearbox mount bushes

Post by craig001 »

Does anybody know a source for gearbox mount bushes for a 1970 911 with a 901 box? (not the 915 box mount ones) OEM rubber or PU powerflex etc. It appears they are different to the engine mount bushes on a 901 box and I am struggling to find some.
Thanks, Craig.

Nick Moss, Early911. co.uk sells the Superpro polybush ones. He sells a set of 4 for the gearbox and engine mounts but I'm sure he'll split a set for you if you just want the gearbox ones.

I second the Superpro bushes as supplied by Nick Moss. Worked fine for me.

No Squeaking.

I will indeed split a set. They will fit all gearbox mounts from the 901 to the G50

Thanks all,
Nick, I actually need the engine mounts aswell so there is no need to split a set, I was asking specifically for the gearbox as its a bit confusing looking online whether or not they will fit the 901 mount.
Anyway, I will ring the number on your website in the next few days to order a set
Thanks,
Craig
