Yep, it`s a vinyl wrap on a slate grey car.

How do they do that then. ?

Wrapping's a mystery to me, sorry Mike! I do wonder what effect it has on the paint though.

provided you use decent quality vynil it actually protects the paint really well! just make sure you don't apply it over fresh/soft paint (<12mo old) otherwise when you take it off in the future you might end up with a silver car

wrapping, plenty of ful wrapped cars out there ... I've yet to see a really god one though. Heard a few bad stories of pain damage when removed

Don't we have a DDK'er with a 356a who does wraps ?

Never really worked out why she was asking the Lord for a Mercedes Benz when she had a perfectly acceptable 356 (albeit psychedelic-ised).

Maybe it's because of the pychedelic-ised-ness that she wanted a Benz?

yeah im sure someone here did it..
im going to set-about wrapping my e36 over the summer; the paint is not brilliant anyway so thought i might aswell give it a shot

Wow !!! I love it.... but then i would i suppose. As long as paint is strong then it can be removed without harm and rightly said it will protect the paint.
