Not quite an R-Gruppe Hot Rod but ....

Post by sdelan »

Evening all - I've fitted an original pair of Hella Spots to my T - which I think look pretty good. They're fitted directly to the bumper - not sure if that's the way to do but I think it works pretty well.

Err - the bumper needs painting now more than ever !

Now - anyone got any 7's spare ????

They look very period, and totally in keeping with the car imho.

Do they bounce about mounted on the grills?

Looks great. I've got all the parts to fit Hellas to my 912 but after trying today I might give up. Any chance you could offer some advice? Cheers Chris

Hi Chris - in my case, I simply drilled a couple of holes in the bumper and mounted them directly on to it.

Do you have the "throught the grill" arrangement? Others can probably advise if you do.
