Window U channel replacement.

Post by james912 »

Does this require the removal of the chrome window surround to replace or can it be done in place?

Which leads to the next question.. Does anyone have any instructions/pointers on how to remove them?

Cheers

The frames (which in a '69 model are anodised aluminium rather than chrome) will need to come out to do the job.

It's not difficult & is self-expalanatory once you have the door trim panels off.

Thanks for the info.
Just wasn't sure if the door panel had to come off or not.

Cheers
