Racing scales

Post by jamie »

Hi all!

Does anyone know where I can rent / buy / borrow a set of digital (ie. accurate) weighing scales (of the type that one would use to corner balance a 911)?

Seriously?

Those are the little boxes the guys at EVO stuck under the wheels while you are taking photos

Perhaps you could borrow their set or turn up at a shoot with your 911.

Rollcentre and Demon Tweeks sell them.(expensive)
You can accuratly corner weight with far simpler methods if you know what you are doing.

Rent? doubt it as they are instruments.

Bob Watson can do it the traditional way. He did my hillclimb 911.
McClurg Motorsport did my hillclimb Lola.

horses for courses comes to mind.
