Nearly there! :)

Bodywork is always such a slog, countless hours that can only really be appreciated by the man that did it!

Still the end result will be worth it :) When you start putting it back together it will feel so much better!

I'm sure i'm teaching you to suck eggs and all that but be careful with the panel alignment at this stage ! I fell foul of fitting the wings without the bonnet catch in place. It now looks like the bonnet is open despite the catch bottomed out !!
Looks good though. Great colour :) 8)

started to do the work on the bonnett , night mare . starte d sanding the bonnett 10 100 gritt disc s just to lift the black primer , a litre and a half of nitromors paint stripper , still had to use the wire brush on the grinder to remove the paint , then eitch primed it follwed by a couple of coats of 2 k primer , marking the dings and marks with a pencil when the primer was still wet , easier to see them when it s shinney , now for the filling stage , bonnett is in excellent nick owen nw

Well done!

Great job and as Gary says, unless you've done this sort of thing yourself, it's very difficult to appreciate just how many, many hours go into a project like this. When you're not in a spacious, warm commercial workshop with booth, it makes it much harder agian.

Top stuff, and I'm looking forward to seeing the end product :) .
