A slice of classic impact loveliness

Post by Sam »

This little 76 arrived in the week :

And I appear to be smitten with it.

It looks utterly period-perfect in the colour combination and the patina on the seats is just lovely. Plus it's got a mean stance, a noisy twin-outlet zorst and a 3.0 in the back.

I want it.

Am I ill?

Yet another Paul Stephens car on 7s all round? Where do you find 'em?

I had a 78 SC with that colour interior back in 82, I liked it then, not so sure now.

Looks cool, Sam. The 70's on 4 wheels...and all of 'em 7's. I'd wager there's no cure for what you've got.....and who'd want to be cured anyway? 8) 8) 8)

My friend David's car. It is every bit as good as it looks, and it goes and sounds even better!

Cheers! :drunken:

...nowt wrong with a bit of impact-bumper action...but I'm biased

Why is it that colours which are utterly crap on most cars look 'right' somehow on the 911 ?! 8)

its ace. Now dont go and spoil it by photographing it on white and adding 20k to the asking price..

I'll give you £10k for it and save you all that photoshopping and marketing blurb.

Only joking, nice find you go an earn it..

Is this the Dave Bennett car he 'just' bought from John W only early this year?
If so the car is v nice and i've seen the restoration pics. Lots done and done well.
It is a lot golder in the flesh if the same car.

Yes, it's Dave's car. Very pretty, goes like a rocket, and sounds beautiful. 8)
