It's my third visit. I enjoyed it again and thought the layout worked well - some lovely cars there. Personally I feel a separate early autojoumble would add to the day - for private sellers only. The Husborne Crawley event has reduced to once a year in May, and having a similar (but aimed at early cars more) event in the autumn would be good.

You may feel it's a bit too grubby and not shiny enough but you've got a lot of people there who are in the mood to buy (I bought some cash with me and ended up taking it all home) and a lot of people who have stuff in the garage they want to sell - an ideal chance to mix the two and add more value to the event

I don't know where you'd put it - probably depend on how many stalls set up. A lot of the trade stuff there was nice but you can just as easily order it off the web - with second hand stuff it's nice to feel it and an autojumble would be just the place for that. Karmann connection sort of did it with their second hand stuff but £650 for an 80's prototipo made me smile

Anyway just a suggestion

jeez thanks very much for the photo's - recognized lots of faces and cars - damn fine weather , Fred's looking good and Alexander, my host at the factory earlier this year and the cars - great showing.

These photos are fantastic. Makes me feel somewhat embarrassed by my rather lazy efforts. I really can't wait until next year to have another go!

been to all shows except last year as we broke down on the way there. i think the layout with traders around the castle and register cars in the field works alot better.
maybe a few loos in the lower field for us Ladies would be good. maybe someone keeping the loos clean/fresh as by the end of the day they were becoming really quite unpleasant.

Aside from that, it was our first visit and we loved it...
