Trailer!
I need a trailer, about 3.5 m long and certainly 1.9m wide.
Must be a 'good one' and willing to pay for the right condition.
Needs to have a spare/ramps/winch minimum.
Graham.

Graham, some time ago I looked long and hard at the trailer market.
I eventually bought new to get the spec I wanted, very much along your llines.
I eventually bought a Fountain Trailer from Boston. Chris Fountain did me a really good deal and even built it so it would go into my garage by modifying the mudguards..
It towed really well.
It cost me less than a good second hand one.
(Just sold it!!)

Graham,
Web site below.

Let me know how you get on.
I had spare wheel, centre board, tyre rack, 2m ramps, heavy duty jockey wheel, winch and tool box plus full set of tie downs for the price of a standrd BJ with no extras.
Chris used to compete himself and understood what you wanted.
Hope you find what you want.

if (and it seems likely now) we go off to live in houston. then i'll be selling our BJ trailer.
it cost us a little under £3,000 new about 3 years ago and we have had it serviced every year.
i'd have to think about what its worth now.

And it will be too narrow for the lola Porsche Helen!
The Lola is a very full 74'' across the rear.
My wife has sorted the trailer 'thing' for me.
Rent one until next year.(5 meetings max in 2009 after it is ready (I hope) to race.
This does (irritatingly) make a lot of sense. WHY is she always right?
