Goodwood/LeMans - Are you planning to go?

Post by vricardo »

Hi guys!

Are you planning to go to Goodwood Festival of Speed (3-4-5 July)?
What about LeMans? Is the LeMans History event any good?

Le Mans: no; the classic Le mans (every two years) is much better.

Goodwood a possibility but I'd really like to do the Targa Florio instead.
Spa porsche days in Belgium: not decided yet. Nuerburgring oldtimer Grand Prix: also a possibility.

Ahem, so it seems I haven't made my mind up. A lot depends on when and how and within what time scale my c3 will be finished.

Best regards,

Bert

I shall be at the Festival, doing demo runs on the rally stage with my brother in his ex-works 1965 Mini Cooper S, please come and say hello
but I'd really like to do the Targa Florio instead
As far as I can work out there were 3 "Targa Florio" events planned for May/June this year. I know one has been cancelled as many of the stage roads have been washed away by the recent rains.

I'm going to the Targa California :)

... which I think is like the Targa Florio, only with cheeseburgers and guns.

I shall be at Goodwood, looking after an RS200 and hopefully doing demo runs on the rally stage in a Nissan 240 RS

As with Nick, please come and say Hi!
