Nice Project

Post by defianty »

Saw this on ebay, looks like there's a really nice car there with all the right bits intact. Nice price too.

The drivers side door gap looks a bit worrying... wonder what the p-side is like.... :?
At least everything is there though!

Good find.

It is back up again : 914 link

Why would the drivers door gap be like that? Poor repair on the quarter panel?

Worse case, if the p-side is the same and the battery tray/ longs are toast... chassis is sagging in the middle...

could just be poor hinges and bad alignment... always the problem when you cant see the car in the flesh and have a poke. Anyone brave enough to save this one?

looks complete, agree about the door caps, may be a costly repair if channels have gone, also looks like it might have had front o/s damage if you look at the inner front wheel arch but not sure.
Anyone fancy it :).
