Just found Santa Pod on the map, it's not really very far from me so i'm definately up for it. Gosh, my first DDK event - that came up quickly. :)

Is the intention to go for the whole weekend and camp, use the local hotels or what?

Steve,
Not looking like I will be there this year either as I dont have a working 914 but Heavily working on my new fastback which I doubt will be on the road either.

If I have a change of plan I will let you know.

Looking like a line up is not going to happen - shame, anyone going though will have a great time, a superbly well organised event with plenty to do. Junior Bootsy birthday preventing me from going.

Was it something I said!?!

Everyone seemed up for this until I posted, then everyone dropped out.

I'll have a shower and everything before the event, honest!

If anyone is still thinking of going it would be great to meet up with some other local-ish members.
Anthony.

Hi Timo,

I'm not much of a camper (no tent!) so I'll probably only go for one day, either saturday or sunday. In your experience will one day be more worthwile than the other?

I,ll pm you my mobile number so I can find you for a chat on the day.
Anthony.

Both days are pretty much the same, lots of different small event going on. You'll have a great time whatever day you go. Judging by the way the weather's been I'd decide last minute depending on the weather.

Here's a link to the timetable of events...

Cheers for that.

I haven't attended an event of this sort for several years and I'm really looking forward to it.

I was looking forward to it too. Need to spend the time now getting the car back on the road! Next year I'll be there, had a blast last time. You should see Bootsy after a bottle of Jagermeister

Would a video camera be necessary for that or will stills suffice?
