Neat Job Jamie, keep up the good work. Some carb cars have a fuel return aswell as a feed. I'm not sure of the dates etc, but it's nice to know you got lucky :)
Don't forget to check and double check for leaks whilst doing the fuel !!
Cheers

I had my car shot by a professional photographer! A real one!

Photos by Charlie Magee. Charlie is a legend, and does a great tracking photo. I agreed to help him out with some work he was doing for a manufacturer, and he did some shots of my car.

Interesting to be on the other side of the camera for once...

Car looks fcking hot, if I do say so myself :)

That's what I thought! Total smugface.

Mark - it's Chobham (ex-MOD / Qinetiq), which we use for simple Autocar test-drive shoots quite a lot.

I do like those :)

I have a nice Pete Robain tracking shot of my car ( along with Paul & Derek) :) ...... scared me silly following the camera car on a Dales road whilst being on the wrongside of the road heading for a blind crest

The car looks AMAZING Jamie - no wonder you couldn't help breaking into a smirk in that second shot :)

How long did you spend polishing prior to those being taken? I've rarely seen a car so shiny!

Must be great to have those under your belt...

Steve - it's unpolished! I know this because I actually gave it a rub with some Zymol the day after.

The back half of the car is original paint, the wings, bonnet and bumper were done by John at Tuthill's last November. I think if you're really clever you can see a bit of difference, but I can't.

just out of interest for the non photographers like me .... what makes the car 'stand out' so well in the photos & how does it end up looking so shiney in comparison to the backgrounds? Are the photos enhanced? Is it all to do with the lenses? Sorry if this is all obvious to others, but my photgraphic equipment extends as far as my camera phone
