Another quick update with pics to follow later today.

After much pain and swearing the interior is now done on the car. I have had an auto electrician make sure everything is working correctly for the MOT (I made loads of mistakes fitting the lights!). It only took him a full day to sort it out, he is a star as he finished it with the help of his dad last Friday night.

Drove down to PR Services yesterday to get my engine, (Thanks Paul for meeting me on a Sunday).
All I can say is WOW!
The engine looks beautiful and sounds fantastic.

Just got the MOT to sort, which is on Thursday. Fingers crossed everything will be OK.

If you can recognise PRS's concrete floor, and lets face it, it could be anywhere. Then you definitely need to get out more, maybe into your workshop and get that 356 running!

Fabulous - I'm thinking more & more about getting another 356 after a gap of ........... ~ 20 years.

It drives great, or it will do when I've adjusted the throttle pedal properly (someones welded it to the floorpan so I can't get the foot boards out!)and the engine runs way cooler as well, just as it should.
