I'm winding things up for the 2007 Annual Charity, and will start a 2008 thread shortly.
For those that hadn't noticed, there is one donation where I can't account for whom the donor was (details near bottom of previous page). Macmillan have recieved it fine, it's just I'm not sure where it came from. Anyway, if it was you, let me know, and I can update the records ....
This is where we are at the moment ....
Sheetmetal days (Spring) 628
Mike Bainbridge Engine Day 80
Individual donation 40
2nd Mike Bainbridge Day (thanks again to James for organising the donation cheque) 170
2 for 1 Silverstone (Sue O and Me) 35
914 Steerng Wheel (Lightweight 911 and Me) 40
**Donation** 30
Hinges (Lightweight_911 and Ian) 25*
Ian Gunney (donation from Mike Usiskin baby seat) 15
Dave Collins (donation from Ian Guney parts) 10
2nd Sheetmetal weekend 625
James (58A-71E) (donation by Chris Turner / Butzi cylinder head) 25^
James (58A-71E) (Donation via Alan @ Canford Classics barrel) 10^
Steve Troman (Donation via Ron Vincent pedal boards) 150^
Total as at 26/01/08 £1883.oop, plus any DVD donations via James. (Here's the thread: http://www.ddk-online.com/phpBB2/viewto ... ht=#102499 ) Also Gift-Aid forms have been sent in with virtually all of the donations above (there's probably £200 where they couln't be applied). This gives us somewhere in the region of £2325 with G/Aid.
Well I think this probably concludes our fundraising for the 2007 Annual Charity. I know the team at Macmillan are delighted with our efforts, and want me to pass on their thanks to the DDK community.
Thank you everyone!
* Paid direct to Macmillan
^ Pledged and on the way .

Another great achievement - well done everyone and Barry for keeping track of it. So we're well over the £10,000 mark in just 2 years -

Update: I'm pleased to be able to say that we've received a last-minute extra donation of £100.00 from a member who didn't want to be named.
With the DVD money still to be added, that means we'll easily pass the £2000 mark plus the additional value the Gift-Aid will add .

Yep :
Here it is, I'm not surprised you couldn't find it though: I'd failed to update it for ages, and it was all covered in dust, many pages back .

Final, final update for the 2007 thread:
Sheetmetal days (Spring) 628
Mike Bainbridge Engine Day 80
Individual donation 40
2nd Mike Bainbridge Day (thanks again to James for organising the donation cheque) 170
2 for 1 Silverstone (Sue O and Me) 35
914 Steerng Wheel (Lightweight 911 and Me) 40
**Donation** 30
Hinges (Lightweight_911 and Ian) 25
Ian Gunney (donation from Mike Usiskin baby seat) 15
Dave Collins (donation from Ian Guney parts) 10
2nd Sheetmetal weekend 625
James (58A-71E) (donation by Chris Turner / Butzi cylinder head) 25
James (58A-71E) (Donation via Alan @ Canford Classics barrel) 10
Steve Troman (Donation via Ron Vincent pedal boards) 150
Additional member donation (name withheld by request) 100
James (23 Heure) DVD's donation 136
Bob Salmon trackday donation (awaiting confirmation on cheque donor) 100
Total for 2007: £2219:00 . Virtually all of them have had Gift-Aid forms done, which increases the donation value by 28% +.
Even with the few that couldn't be G/Aided, I reckon we're still around the £2700 mark. Not bad for a bunch of computer geek mavericks .
To say that Macmillan are very pleased would be a major understatement: they truly are over the moon, and delighted that we've decided to back them during 2008. Scanner is still down currently (software I think), so I've taken a quick pic just to show that Macmillan always reply and thank us for the donations. Once the scanner's up and running again, I'll post up some decent quality (readable) images .....
