how about a uk map showing local owners as a point on the map diferent map per model so new owners or interested wanabee owners can find a local owner for suport or advice or regional sections showing whos in the north and were for example

don't think we need regions (very pcgb) if everyone fills in their location under their name & avatar then thats anough. if you take part in events you soon get to know whos who and others.

BTW there was a map started ages ago for DDK members which you could pin yourself on. if i find it i'll add a link here for you.

we did do some thing on the lines of this but it seamed to drop off. I know when I tried to put a pin in the map as that was what it was I ended up about 20miles South of the IOW!!!!! :?

Sure I think it's a good idea to do something like this

Even if it's broken down into County's

Hampshire= 912UK , XXX, XXX, XXX
West Sussex = Barry <xxxx,xxx
Dorest = Alanuk.....
and so on that could be useful..
