Tim its nothing you did or didn't do but another problems thats reared it ugly head....................
just a flat battery (even i can fix that) but i'm begining to think the cars trying to tell me something. :alien:

i guess no one in their right minds going to buy it as a non-runner (are they?) even at the price i'm asking. but if anyone is then give me a ring.(numbers in ddk members section) it still on the market.

but, i guess realistically i'm going to have to wait untill i can afford to get it fixed and then sell

and you know i won't want to part with it then  although i'm reliable told i should ask at last £22k for it then :P

Helen, why not take the opportunity to try & mend it yourselves? If its already broken what harm could you do ? :)

Could save you some money :)

Hi Helen, is the car still for sale, I'd like to come and have a look. Can't do anything this weekend, but may be able to get down one evening?

wouldn't know where to start. would rather sell it to someone who is going to fix it then have it sitting in my garage doing nothing but looking very pretty.

really miss driving this car

Helen how much is the part?

as a sporto is it the same lock as the manual?

if so can't we have a club help session here. I mean if some one has a spare one could we not get some people togeather and have a BBQ at your place and we fix it.. I don't mind coming up but just be aware of Baby due dates. if you can wait 5-6 weeks then I will come up for morral support and tool passing to some one who knows what they are doing??

your right you should be out there driving it..

Has Nick got a spare one or Bob or any of the other dealers..

Come on it's a club, Darren helped me it made all the difference!!
