73 RSR at RS911
Just got an update from Mark at Rs911 on a new RSR commission he is working on. www.rs911.com.
Thought I would post the before and during snaps as I know some will have views on the donor car (if the talk on the Supersport to RSR thread was anything to go by).
DONOR Car (fresh from Autofarm last week)
RSR in progress - Notice roof panel removal and accurate steel RSR arches.
Expect a full and detailed project report on Marks site soon.

So difficult.
I think I'd struggle to do anything to that car (if it's as good as it looks) apart from make it better (if it needed it). And that comes from somebody who digs Hot Rods and Customisation in a big way.
However, it's a personal choice (and those rear arches do look good! )

Even if you ignore the '73.5 CIS 2.4T's there were still well over 3000 '73 2.4T coupes built so it's not a rare car.
Alright it is a RHD model but the owner lives in Singapore & so it has to be RHD.
I'm afraid that I am not one of those people who proclaims that we are only 'caretakers' of these cars - they're only lumps of metal !
I say go for it & build whatever you want...
There, that should 'stir the pot' & produce some response...
