If the top of the 2.4S market is £250k ++ ? and the top of the RS market is £1,000,000 $1.5m not withstanding currency exchange fluctuations I wonder where the bottom of the 2.4S and the RS markets are?? Pesto RS doesn't count!!!

In case it helps with prices on 2.4Ss we have 3 for sale at the moment. A stunning restored LHD 72 @£200k, un-restored 72 @£130k and a RHD 73 un-restored at £170k.

Thanks

If it helps more, I will have a Rhd 73S for sale shortly for £60k (providing the chap who came to see it at the weekend turns it down). Light yellow, recaros etc. I suppose that could represent the bottom of the S market Keith. Bottom of the RS market must be the Pesto car (recent thread on ddk) at £295k I would imagine. There may be others lower.

Regards
Mike

Interesting prices.
Anything over 450 k for RST is brilliant these days so would have thought a good 911S should be in order of 150 k max.

Looking at other marks for pre 80 cars seem they have reverted to 2012 values.

I may be wrong but time will tell.

Hello Feroz, I p/x'd it with Neil back in 2009 (?) and it then went into a collection belonging to R. Branson's business partner (I was told). Can't recall whether this is the first time it has surfaced since (possibly it's been back on market once).
If you've an interest, speak with Nick (who will have an opinion...).

From memory it rode very poorly with 26mm rear TBs, 7" rims and stiff bushes. All easily fixable.

And here she is ready for her new ddk owner.
A very reasonably priced 2.4S Rhd and a targa (as rare as they come- only 23 survivors on my database). Certainly requiring attention but pretty original and I hope in the hands of a true enthusiast which makes buyer and seller happy.

And guess what, there could be another available needing restored. Not as nice but I'll see where delicate negotiation leads. Might take a while. Keep you ddk enthusiasts posted.

Mike
