For Sale 1977 Porsche 911 2.7. This is a truly fantastic car that I have owned for the last 10 years. This is a uk supplied right hand drive 911. 1977 was the last year that the base model 911 had all the chrome trim and the narrow body which gives it the classic early 911 look. It was also the first year that they fully galvanised the body. Then in 78 they introduced the sc model.
The car is completely standard spec apart from the upgraded period correct steering wheel and also period correct fuch wheels. UK spec 911s came with cookie cutter wheels but I preferred the look of the fuch wheels. The wheels are genuine fuchs restored by biagio from world wild wagons
This car is in superb condition through out and is in one of the nicest colour combinations available at the time. Ice green metallic with a tartan interior. It has been looked after all its life and has a genuine low milage of just under 71000 miles. In the history file I have every single mot since the first one in 1980 proving without doubt the milage. It has a porsche service history up until 50000 miles which is when it came to me. Since then I have maintained the car giving it an oil change and filter every year regardless of miles. This car has never been welded and has absolutely no rust. This car has not been restored but has had small areas of paint as and when it has been needed. it does have the odd blemish and stone chip but overall I think you would be hard pushed to find a better original example. This is an amazing survivor car considering it is approaching 40 years old.
Mechanically this car is also excellent and drives exactly how it should.
I'm selling this car as I just don't get to use it as much any more and feel like the time is right to let it go.
