These other shafts are from a LWB car, I presume the SWB shafts are different (shorter?) As with all long running restorations I seem to have accumulated all sorts of spares, I have just found another set of drive shafts in the loft. Perhaps I will take them to a specialist and get them to make two ...

It talks about a fan assisted heater, my UK 1965 car doesn't have that!

Where did you get the chrome bezels from. I had my instruments restored by VDO about 20 years ago and they could not find all the correct sized bezels. I've also just done a dash, the hole punching went better than I thought!

Is that really the red line limit on a 914 engine?
