As for runs and drives? Yep. I sold my 914, painfully close to it being in a running and driving state, and felt not a shred of regret. If I'd've been able to drive it all those years ago I would probably have finished it, and much sooner...

Took a drive down to the local Porsche parts shop. Bought a new ignition switch, reverse light switch, and a DME relay. Hopefully I'll actually get to fit them, along with a new starter motor, later on this week. Would love to get a stress-free drive out before the weather turns...

I think it's real. The Traveller rear bodied one works better, though. IMHO...
