The CF ones are 'comfort', apparently? They're on to CF2 now, which I think was an '80s Bedford van.
You can get TR1s in the sizes you're looking for, which have a cooler tread pattern. I've always been impressed with Toyos, FWIW.

Is it DSG rather than a 'proper' auto? If so they're a sort of halfway house like PDK - an automated manual box, if you like. Twin wet clutches rather than a torque converter. It's worth spending some time with one to see if you get one with it. I hated it when I tried it in a 981, but it suits our ...

Agreed. Joseph Desruets is lovely, while Blosseville Marniquet is even lovelier. And cheaper still.

Always used to rate Auto Glym glass polish. Nothing else seems to come close. Agree with Sam for the most part, although I Rain-X the bejeezus out of the outside glass on everything I own.

That's a lovely part of the world and it looks like a great event. The Mercedes-Benz Museum and Motorworld Stuttgart are well worth a visit while you're in the area as well.

Yeah, it's modern, but in my defence it's phenomenal for what it is. Factory pick up and its first service was at Porsche in Stuttgart as well.
