Indeed!
Biggest difference in 60 odd years of following the TdF is the TV coverge, which was scant at best in the '60's.

Re: Off topic cycling chat for the cyclisti out there..

Nobody watching the Tour de France? In my eyes it's been the best tour for many years. Jumbo Visma taking apart Pog during the last 60k of the stage a couple of days ago.... Tom Pidcock on Alpe d'Huez...what can one say? 22 years old and mature beyong his years. A future Tour winner? Resurgance of F...

I had that problem with my Clewett set-up when the gap inexplicably closed part way through a visit to see the Sage of the Lakes.

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned Turbo Thomas in Redditch who makes mufflers to your requirements, even noise requirements

Re: Off topic cycling chat for the cyclisti out there..

Watching the Giro today I was truly impressed with Remco Evenepoel. Unflustered all day and made it look effortless.
9 months without racing whilst recovering from his crash and this is his first race back.
Mature beyond his years, I'm now expecting great things from him in this race

Giro 2021 - Don't you just love it when an opportunist takes a flyer and hangs on by the skin of his teeth to defy all the 'specialists'? Van der Hoorn, stage 3, chapeau!
