Looking to get hold of a set of 914 rear discs in good condition that I can use for conversion onto the back of a Beetle.

Umm, and the question is can you put a 914 gearbox in a beetle? Yes if you want 5 reverse and 1 very slow forward gear. That can be changed of course, but it would be far better to get a 901, 902 or 911 transmission, then you have the proper gear selector and the diff set up correctly. Hey, Underst...
