Re: Festival of Speed Ticket for the Friday - WTB
Completely, but my comment of 6-9 Porsche traipsing up a hill climb every 3 hours does not a festival, make. And my point about Bugatti, was more relating to the HyperCars I was expecting to see. No 918’s for example. As I say, I do expect this to be an unpopular opinion, as I know there are a fair ...

Re: Festival of Speed Ticket for the Friday - WTB
Unpopular opinion I’m sure, but yet again I was blown away by the staggering lack of anything really to do at Goodwood. Maybe it was because it was wet and windy, but if you strip away the vendors stalls that paid to be there, you’re left with some pretty posh toilets and a constant re- run of the s...

Re: Cool Flow Summer Cruise Nights at Brooklands
I don’t think it would be legal for a fetish club to accept dogs. how about humans that identify as dogs.? I've seen a lot of that on tik tok recently. its either good news is that the Chinese think I like this kind of thing so their algorithm is off bonk, or bad news becuase someones hacked my acc...

Re: Cool Flow Summer Cruise Nights at Brooklands
I went to this last night. I was honestly expecting a few cars and stuff. Boy was I wrong ! Not many Porsche to be fair, but loads and loads of cars - some really interesting machines too. Lots of American muscle lots of bugs, lots of vans. There were a few 356’s there (mine obvs ) a lovely matching...

Re: 996 Turbos
just a quick thank you to you all for your advice. - I plan to pick up a 996 turbo S ( manual, GT silver ) this week. it seems to have everything I'm looking for except reversing sensors, but I'm looking to either get them fitted or go down the reversing camera route - if the new PCCM plus head unit...

Re: engine rebuild
interestingly I was watching a 'reel' from rod emory - he uses basically a 356 from above the chassis and everything below ( engine/ gearbox, linkages etc ) from a 964, - probably similar to yours ?
nice work btw. - hope to see it in the flesh some day
