Thats what i thought. Dont want to repaint it, will be selling it, so the cleaner the better.

Morning all, Has anyone removed paint from the engine lid grille.? I have satin black paint sprayed onto the grille, dont want to damage it during removal. Thinking bathing in panel wipe/ thinners to get it off the mesh. Any thoughts or experience on this method. Dont want to spunk out for 5-10 litr...

As it says, Wing 5. Some filler to bottom of headlight housing and rear bottom edge. Obviously covering some rust. Nothing the master of metal,( Barry) could,nt fix in an hour or so. :wink: £200. Very moving. mercedes had a 2 lap lead at 1.20 am when the team pulled out. A very long phone conversation from 6 ish that evening dont you think. Maybe the car was on its last legs by then.
