6:29 Crownwheel and Pinion Wanted

Looking for a 4.8:1 (6:29) Crownwheel and Pinion for a 901 transmission. I believe it was a one year only fit for the 912 circa 1969 but not sure.
Chris Flavell had one for me but I sadly think it may have disappeared along with many other things.

Re: Chris Flavell ...

A sad and tragic loss, as others have said already I shall miss those "quick" visits and calls for advice that were so rich in invaluable advice and the enthusiasm to chase engineering perfection.
Rest easy.

Re: High revving 3.2: what is needed?

Looking at the pictures I still think you cold have room for a cableshift mounted on your left and the cables can be custom made for your length to go around the oily bits. I’ll be stripping the Nike from the dry build stage in a couple of months and you are welcome to try the shift tower to see how...

Re: Dreaming of a Swap Meet

A really great day regardless of weather, enjoyed the atmosphere, picked up some missing pieces for the project.
However, I must apologise for my rear end view in the last picture of the three5six blog, must have been a wide angle lens though....

Re: A 3.2 which will run 8,000 rpm?

I’ve not used it in anger yet as you know Graham but the “cable shift” system I have fitted to my 914 box in the Nike is a revalation and there is one off the shelf for the 915 box.
May not solve all the issues but I’m sure would be move in the right direction.

Alfa Brembo's from GTV6 should be a straight fit and a good solution.

Re: 911 repackable silencer

A difficult one answer as this will depend on your state of modifications elsewhere.
However this one was built for MSA event regulations and it has the advantage that it can be repacked to to achieve continued compliance.
