Electrical gremlins

My Fuel and Temp guage are giving false readings (i hope), and i have been told that it may due to a voltage stabilizer missing from the loom. This may not be the correct term for this, but maybe someone has experienced this problem before, and could give me some advice.
Any help appreciated. :

914 REAR SUSPENSION SPRING PERCHES.

Not sure if I can describe what I am looking for accurately, but I am changing my rear shocks from Koni to Boge, and the Koni shock is a larger diameter, so the part that slides over the shock to hold the spring is to big for the boge. Help needed with my 914 2.0 fuel injection. I have just put this engine back and fitted stock fuel injection, it started up first time and ran fine, but did not idle that well, but great throttle response etc. I had to split it again to fit a back oil seal, and then adjusted valves and fitted new ro...

Momo Steering wheel on a 914

Does anyone have advice on fitting a Momo steering wheel to a 914. The hubadapter fits on the splines o.k. but it does not go in far enough to meet where the 914 wheel sits, there is over an inch of a gap. I would need a photo to explain, but maybe someone has seen this before. Do I have the wrong a...
