Hello David - I assume your referring to the ARB and posting on the advert for the trims to keep me on my toes! I believe its the front, it has the drop down spindles, any way of otherwise easily identifying, it came in a pile of parts with the car so never had fitted to be sure..

911 Alloy Window trims (front and Rear)

Clearing Garage and found these hanging on the wall, a spare pair of the alloy trims for 70's 911 front and rear screens, not twisted etc and include the overlap trim. No idea on value so make an offer.

I think Blut is a colour that grows on you, I liked it on my car especially when broken up with the RS decals etc, and looks great when the weather is moody, but on a sunny day its a real retina burner! Looks fabulous on a 911 though, its very 70's! 8) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v223/melhuish...

Thanks everyone - looking forward to the summer :) I had intentions of immediately entering a big resto to bring it to concours but in honesty I just want to enjoy it for now, going to take time to collect the correct parts that i know it'll need and look to that as a future when the car needs it. I...

Ian The BOS actually has to go to the car courier, they pass it with the car to HM Customs, the VAT is a tally of the car cost (proved by the BOS) and all the costs declared by courier. All Id say is if your seller inadvertently put down a lower figure on the BOS sent to the courier then thats what ...

When I brought my car in the US, the vendor sent me a BOS in advance and had it notorised by his town clerk to make it an official document - A BOS is just a reciept. Ref the money I used electronic transfer which is 100% secure but likewise your able to add a reference when you send money (to anyon...

2) If the vehicle is outside the 3 year period but was originally manufactured in the UK/EC then :-

For Private Importers a minimum amount of duty will be charged at GB£ 50.00 and the full rate of VAT 17.5% will be charged.
