Is Lee not asking about the edges of the pre-black indicator lenses which are not really for any reflective properties but simply cosmetic (and correct for his year). I’m sure there is a thread on this somewhere too.

I’ve got a stack of these Lee. I can send you some but not for two weeks. I bought thinking they were exactly like the originals but they are not. They work but not as well.

The sender does have moving parts and the fact that it moves freely maybe good or bad. I’d have a look inside and then you can see how the indicator slides up and down the wires. It’s quite a fragile arrangement so be careful opening. If you confirm nothing is broken inside I’d clean up the wires in...

Original registration number is from Ayrshire so likely a Glen Henderson supplied 911.

It’s got the original rear slam panel red border stickers too.
