Hi All, Just want to say, attended my first Porsche event today, however was not overly impressed. I couldnt go to this, but even if i could i wouldnt have bothered, I was pretty dissapointed with last years manor house event in oxford (i can't even remember where it was it was that unmemorable.......

If you're lowering the car this will mean re-indexing the torsion bars, and reducing the springplate angle. You'll not need any shortened shocks, the boges/konis and bilstein are all fine if you lower it, but you will feel the ride firm up due to the shocks being compressed a little more. I lowered ...

Hi there, if they're orange they are probably Koni, I'd say replace both with Koni, but it's all about personal prefernce so you may get some differing opinions here I have Koni's on the rear of my 912 and Bilstein HD'S (firm) on the rear of my 911 and find them less forgiving (maybe as they're not ...

when I did my 914 I got them from here Stephen
universal flywheel lock (all though you can quite easily make something for this)
and a clutch alignment tool for Type 4
