356A 1959(or 58) RHD - Reg XUS 185

Some years ago I used to own a RHD 356 - about 10 years ago - and sold it - it was right hand drive, ruby red. the reg was either XUS 180 or XUS 150, cant remember.... Anyway -I was just wondering if anyone on here knew anything about it or if it had re-surfaced. it was an OK car at the time, not br...

Is that in the same league as: " I don't know why you men complain about petrol prices. I used to put £10 worth of petrol in and I still do?! " ;) would you believe that my wife said that to me not that long ago. I had to explain to her that that was the reason she had to put petrol in the...

Check out the F40  what a shame

yeah - I saw that - although a 250k car rarely goes to a breakers, surely. Gotta be cheaper to fix it up? - perhaps it was a replica?

Cheers for the confirmation. If it was say, good condition, but not fantastic with a recent engine build, would I be looking at the low 20's then ? Or am I being unrealistic? - its through a garage in london so they'll put their margin on as well... Apparently the chap who owns it is 'taking a sabat...

Thanks for the replies chaps - its a red one and definately a T - apparently had 10k's worth of work done to the engine recently, but even so, arent the targa's generally worth less that the hard tops? - perhaps I'm wrong. There was a viper green one up for sale in Sunderland ( a month or so ago ) t...

How many RHD 911T Targas are there?( pre-impact )

I ask this as I was quoted that there were only about 30 in existence - which seems rather low to me - Understood that the only year that they did them was 73 but 30? I ask this as I have someone telling me that a RHD one is worth close to 30 - which is probably a lot more than its really worth... b...

I've done a bit of research on costs etc and other than the chiropractor bill afterwards I think I can get away with between 1000 and 1250. appreciate the ...

thanks for the reply. I've managed to convince the garage builder that after buying him a few pints of beer the distance isnt actually that far and provided he doesnt travel during rush hour all will be good. now got to convince the base layer that 2.5k is really rather a lot of money for what is es...

Non Porsche - Wooden Garage - Advice needed

Hello All, I appreciate that this isn't actually to do with Porsche, but the ultimate aim is for me to build it so I can put one in. I'm after a cheap wooden garage 12x18(ish) with an up and over door - and require someone to do the ground work also - I've got a name of a chap through friends who ac...

Viper Green SC For Sale

they must have had some paint left over !- they had a RHD 73 Targa for sale up until a week ago in the same colour - which I was going to schlep up to see on the saturday but they sold it on the Friday. shame - it looked like a really nicely done one and was offered at £16,995 - which seemed pretty ...
