Re: 911 R style EFI high butterfly
It will be a full kit, ready to bolt on. The fuel system is not being done with fuel rails, they are too modern in appearance. I want it to look retro.

911 R style EFI high butterfly… it’s running video …..
I thought I’d post the development of my injection system here Having recast the 98mm high manifolds, I thought I’d add a injector boss, so the injector sprays fuel straight onto the valve, like the mfi and cis systems. Throttle bodies will be 80mm high, with the butterfly 55mm above the manifold. A...

Re: 911R inlet manifolds
. Engines with more 'aggressive' cams - like the 911R/906 - which have lots of overlap, can suffer from fuel reversion at low to med revs where pulses up the intake hit a certain resonance & create a cloud of droplets floating above the mouth of the carb. The 911R/906 manifolds at 98mm tall com...

35mm as cast with 40 carbMikeB wrote:Hi what is the internal diameter at the cylinder head end, please?
39mm as cast with 46 carb
Obviously they can be bored, or left as cast so they can be matched to your head
Also forgot to say, I can also cast them in magnesium!

911R inlet manifolds
Having received a COVID grant earlier in the year I’ve been investing in my product range. Here is my first offering, a Pair of 96 mm tall 911R inlet manifolds Recast in Aluminum to suit 40mm carbs These were my machining trial, and identified an area on the pattern that needed to be adjusted, which...

1976 2.7 rh camshaft wanted
Just found odd cams in an engine, I need 911 105 144 00.
Alternatively a pair of cams that will work in a stock 2.7 911 81 engine. I have been told that 2.7 cams reprofiled to sc spec, give a good power increase.

Re: Long bonnet repair panel/ conversion short to long
Thank you for your interest When I press the outer piece for the front lid, I think it’s a good idea to the rear at the same time., whether this is just the edge or a full frame I’m yet to decide. Most likely it will be a full frame, so I can also do it in aluminium to bond into a Ducktail which I a...

Hi, I am a sole trader and not a limited company, I have been trading and working with imps since 1991, subcontracting my work to Chris was one of my bad decisions, And it cost me a workshop full of very expensive and valuable tools. My business account has been open since the year 2000. I have rest...
