Re: Speedweek Bonneville - looking for some help please...

I have decided to delay my trip until next year, mainly because I am going to tie up my presence with a few UK teams (principally the world's fastest Jensen team). I'm hoping to meet up with some UK teams to document their preparation for the event. Hi Chris, how's the planning going? I'm beginning...

Sadly the production model isn't a patch on the concept. Big disappointment to me.

Re: Today: worldwide presentation of the Porsche Taycan...

I believe they've had 30,000+ pre-orders so i don't suppose they care much what DDK think.
Personally I quite like it.

What a fantastic day, and great to catch up with so many of you.
And chatting to Rod - they say don't meet your heros, but what a great guy, and his wife was lovely also.
I hope they make this event a regular thing.

Re: Bicester Super Scramble

Oh and today’s top dog accessory at Bicester was this Bracco Italiano. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190624/4b59d2ceeaeee075fa23f28cd97d4fc0.jpg Long ears, huge paws and a bit of dribbling. Anyone else go to Super Scramble? What did you think of it all? I thought this dog stole the show too!

Re: Wanted ‘69 911 long bonnet or advice on new panels

Has anyone got a good long bonnet available for sale or can give any advice on the quality of new parts. I see with new there’s a £695 option or £1700 Porsche part too. Anyone got experience of those? I have a bonnet which has no rust but does have one shallow dent. £225. It is in the West Midlands...

Re: PMO carb starting issue

I have had 40 PMO in my targa for 7 years. It sounds to be a known issue that if you leave the car sit for, let's say, a week or more, it will need at least 10 seconds of fuel pump action to fill them up before you can crank the engine. I don't think that's a real problem but you have to know it be...
