Re: FS: NOS 911S 1969 outlet valves 90110541500, ATE 3061 set of 6

Are these still available? If they are not I’m pretty sure I have a NOS set available and have a NOS set of inlet valves to match too. I’m sure these are unique sizes (one year S valves). If you are looking foe the one year only rear wide S trim for the rear quarters (in your other thread) I’m sure...

Re: endoscope for iphone

Make sure you get the right length of cable for your application. I think mine has a 10 metre cable from memory so obviously it can be used for other things than your car JB.

Mike

Edit, oops, too late, you’ve gone and done it.

Re: 928

Loving the colour combo very much. Don’t think I’ve ever seen that interior colour before in a 928 but then again I’ve not studied the model as closely as you.

Enjoy Saturday. Just another adventure!

That’s a shame Steve because you have a lot of knowledge and information to offer especially of course on the RS but your posts on the ESR often contain many photos of factory and other documents which I’m sure many on here would find very useful.

Re: Tool kit prices

Why would the factory not drop the tool kit in with the spare? Seems odd to ship a box of tool kits to dealers or the UK distributor than simply putting the kit in the car/ Maybe people stole them 'at the docks' or something... Presumably the handbook was in the glove box so loose. I think the tool...

Re: Tool kit prices

. The spare wheels were installed at the Factory - but they were picked from a different 'pile' than the 4 road wheels, which is why the date code on that wheel is invariably earlier ... . Good point Andy, I remember that now probably from one of your earlier posts on the subject….. Regards Mike

Re: Tool kit prices

Hi Ian Not sure about the spare but I suspect they would be too large to transport as a bundle of separate items to a dealer. Much easier to pop in the front boot and transport with the car. Several toolkits would be much easier to box up in a single package. Do you think that would make sense? Rega...

Re: Tool kit prices

Hi Matt Nice to hear from you. I hope the build is going well. The large font DFS spanners are the hardest to find and I’m sorry I don’t have any unfortunately. The rest should be a little easier but it all takes a little time unless you happen to drop on a complete set. I’ll keep an eye out. Regard...

Re: Tool kit prices

The 1970MY toolkit is generally considered to be similar to all those from early 1969- late 1972 with some minor differences between years, clasps on the bag, markings on the tools etc. In fact, it’s not much different to the complete kit I have for sale. The contents have been generally regarded as...

Re: Tool kit prices

What year are you looking for Ian? I have a few tools, bags etc from 67 through 73 but no complete kits apart from the one I listed above. Unfortunately, I’m so sorry but everything I have is original made in the 60’s and 70’s. However, I have found buying separate items tends to be more costly than...
