I've not heard of that, Graham, does it take long to go off compared to a solvent based stone chip? No not really,you can force dry it if needed,but I apply and the next day its dry I dont think there is a timescale for overpaining it.If I remember I will look up the spec tomorrow for you,its prett...

I use Wurths SKS black which is water based and overpaintable,it gives a fantastic finish too. Its the best I have used having tried Bodyline,UPOL,Wurth Stonechip etc. Underseals are horrible and always stay tackey,where as stonechips harden/go rubbery when they dry. Cars like that make me go weak at the knee's!!!!

Im seriously considering doing somthing like that to my '68 911L,maybe an early 911S/T look?

But don't the fat arch's and wheels look sooooooooooooooo good on an early 911 8)

Im gonna have to start on mine soon. :wink:

Maybe you could jack the L/H rear up,remove the wheel,then take out the wiring plug to the rear lights,then push the plug bit into the engine bay and try to thread a bit of welding wire with a hook on the end through the hole and try to get on the cable retainer on the catch,its worth a go!!!

We had a bloody hectic weekend!!! on Rogers stand! Nice to meet a couple of you guys,I was a little bit disapointed with the club do,but got to say there was some nice motors around,Had an interesting drive back to Exeter in the pale blue cabriolet on our stand thanks to no dip/main beam! soon sorte...
