I did just join the pipes together, not thinking about the routing and got a similar fuel leak problem when filling the tank. I have since added a high point in the link pipe, higher than the fill neck and now no problem. I did get rid of the seemingly empty box.

You need a transistor to drive the relay. I used a 2N5551 i think. The ECU won’t drive it directly. Did you manage to find the post ? All the information is there

Search DIY MSD tach adaptor. A simple solution using only a std relay

Probably no use but just in case a pair of very used 911 HEs are any use and Leicester is sensible pick up point, then I have these for free until a scrap man picks them up. The external casing is shot but the internal pipe work might be useable ( no promises)

Did you re-wire at all ? Sounds like a wrong feed to the CDI. Make sure the feed also goes off when you turn it off too [emoji106]
