I do however find myself drawn to Instagram much more than Twitter as I like a heavier image content rather than text, but also when required Instagram does allow a longer comment/ explanation. I like historika911 to follow the racing exploits...

Re: Support French Porsche 912 team in Monte Carlo Historic

Hi, thanks JL !! ;) The co-pilot, it's me !! It's the third time we make Monte Carlo historic with this 912 of 1966 of my friend Lionel. https://s3.postimg.org/q3k3wht5f/224_L.jpg I don't have 912 any more (I have a 1972 2.4T now), but I love this car !! T. Fantastic photo! Looks a lot of fun!

Re: Rolls-Royce pre-eminent Aero Engine Maker and their cars

Heres a picture of my very rare 1935 Derby 3 1/2 litre Bentley Sports Saloon with ARTHUR Mulliner original body (one of 2 known to exist). http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii221/DarrenLCollins/000_0103.jpg What would you like to know? Thats fantastic Darren and great to see a photogr...

Re: Rolls-Royce pre-eminent Aero Engine Maker and their cars

I have been following this with great interest Darren and thank you very much for posting all the fascinating detail. My wife is a Mulliner and her great grandfather was Arthur Mulliner. I had never looked into this in any great depth before, but your thread has sparked a renewed interest. We very s...

Re: 67 4 speed with a few upgrades

They look really good and fill the arch much better, what does a set of Brockleys cost? Where did you get them fitted? I need to get a larger set of tyres for my car. Gooders, I have just posted in the 911 section about my experience at Blockley Tyres today which was really positive. I'm looking fo...

Re: Blockley Tyre company

I spent a very pleasant afternoon at the Blockley Tyre company this afternoon and got four of the 185/70R15 tyres fitted to my Fuchs. Two tubeless with the flat sixes and two tubed to the deep sixes I have (thanks Nick for the steer regarding tubes for these). I had booked in to see Lee at Blockley ...

Re: O/T - non Porsche - Caterham

I had a K Series R300 for several years and it was fantastic fun. As others have said very nimble and direct! Certainly more than enough power on the roads and possibly even more fun on track days (when I found the time to organise them). I had both the Porsche and R300 for a year, but ended up sell...
