DDK Metal Grille Badge - for Charity

Well I make it a couple of minutes past 12:00 - thank you so much to everyone who bid and especially to Sanjay for the wonderful winning bid of £110  It'll do a lot of good to this small charity who do so much for children with disabilities. This was fun :-). Perhaps I'll have to auction anot...

ENGLISH 1973 2.7 Carrera RS Brochure AND Drivers Sup - SOLD

Well, I no longer have an RS so there's not much point in hanging on to these. I'll give it a day or so on DDK and then post these up on the Esses. First is an English language 1973 Carrera RS brochure - I understand only 200 or so of these were produced originally, and I've only ever seen one other...

DDK Metal Grille Badge - for Charity

I do hope the mods don't mind me doing this (seem to remember saying that when I auctioned my '52 356 all those years ago ) but the DDK badge from my old RS has been sat in the garage and might as well be doing some good. Ferryman did so much good for Macmillan with these originally, it's only ...

One of our own at MP

Sorry to say chaps but yes, that's my now old RS for sale with Lee. Why? Some one has done me a great wrong and I now have a very large war chest to ensure right is done. And I will ensure right is done if it costs me every penny of what I was paid. Lee was magnificent to deal with - cash was in my ...

I caught the bug for old bikes and bought a beautiful 1940's Hobbs and 1970's Raleigh Team Pro (531 as I can't afford a 731 ) and my wonderful Major Nichols. Would love a Hetchins - maybe one day...

Re: New 2 wheeled toy :) (no Porsche content!)

It is the right little toe that's coming off, I'm not sure it's enough to compensate for the imbalance of the 2011 derailleur, but it's a start! It 7.4kg all in which is pretty good for an aluminium bike. As for being a MAMIL, I'm not sure I have enough lycra yet, or that I have shifted enough fat ...

I got my wonderful Heuer GMT from Thomas and put one of the ATG Vintage straps on - am constantly blown away by the quality of these:
